If I had to raise my child over again,
I'd fingerpaint more, and point my finger less...
I'd do less correcting, and more connecting...
I'd take my eyes off my watch, and watch with my eyes...
I would care to know less, and know to care more...
I'd take more hikes, and fly more kites...
I'd stop playing serious, and seriously play more...
I would run through more fields, and gaze at more stars...
I'd do more hugging, and less tugging...
I would be firm less often, and affirm much more...
I'd teach less about power, and more about the power of love...
Time goes by too fast...

What a difference a year makes

Meet Miss Nora...Nora started coming to Capturing Moments when she was just a baby. Over the past year we have watched her grow and her personality come to life. She has the most contagious smile, not to mention the cutest dimples.

Baby Jenna

Jenna was born in December. She joins big brothers Jack and Jarrett and big sister Jayden. Her family got an early Christmas present!

She thought our photo session was a little boring but we thought she was a cutie.

Ben and his Doggy

This is Ben. We had so much fun together. Ben brought his Doggy with him to the session. His eyes just lit up when Doggy got to be in the pictures with him. We love making memories with the things that are special to our clients...

Boys will be boys

Max and Gabe are brothers with a capital B. Their true personalities came shining through and that is what we hope to capture during a session. They hugged, were silly, giggled, and acted just like all American boys. Thanks Mom for giving us the opportunity to enjoy your boys.

Put together one little girl, Emma, and three older siblings and it reminds you of this quote.. She will fill our lives with sunshine.... And our hearts with love.

Happiness Is...

Maria, John, Ted and Emma were a laugh a minute. Our session was filled with love and laughter making it obvious that they are much more than just brothers and sisters...they are friends. It is so neat to see a family with a bond like theirs.

And for a moment time stood still.......

The moment a chlild is born so is a parent. Baby McKade came into the world at 3:47 to a family waiting for him with hearts full of love. We thought this was a fun way to celebrate the time of his birth.

Turning one is so much fun.....

Paige and Carter go to the same daycare and even though they are only one, they are best friends. These sweet captures show the love they have for one another.
